Terms of service

The service

Searchlark helps you research, write, review and publish articles for websites you own or are authorized to manage, and reports on their performance. Searchlark is provided by AuPairly (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect websites and accounts you are authorized to use.
• Review content before publishing. You are responsible for what is published on your site; AI-generated drafts can contain errors.
• Do not use Searchlark for spam, deceptive content, or anything unlawful.

Content ownership

You own the articles created for your workspace, subject to the terms of the AI providers used to produce them.

Plans, trials and cancellation

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. The free trial does not require a card and does not convert automatically.

Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Refunds

If Searchlark isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll arrange it through Paddle. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

No guaranteed rankings

Search rankings and AI-assistant recommendations depend on third parties. We do not guarantee specific traffic or ranking outcomes.
